Bryan Dolan - CEO/President

Bryan has been in the underground industry since 1996.  During this time, he worked for Ditch Witch selling and training on directional drilling and trenching equipment.  For the past seven years, he has built Dolan Directional Drilling from a company with less than ten employees to a company with over seventy employees.  He has seen tremendous growth of his company the entire seven years, but even more so the past three years. 

Ernie Nadeau- Superintendent

Ernie has been with Dolan Directional Drilling for seven years; almost as long as Dolan has been in business.  He has over twelve years of experience with fiber and phone.  He is one of Dolan’s most dedicated employees.  In 2008, Ernie was co-recipient of the first annual “Employee of the Year”.  Often times, Ernie is the first to volunteer to handle things that no other employee wants to do.  Because of this and his continuous dedication, Ernie has proven himself to be not only an amazing employee, but more importantly an amazing individual.  Ernie favorite aspect of the job is communicating and growing with fellow employees as well as meeting and building relationships with customers and vendors.
 

Casey LeClair- Superintendent

Casey has worked for the company for two years.  He has around ten years of experience in the boring industry.  He has ten years experience in cable and five years experience in sales.  Casey’s favorite aspect of the job is the end result; success.  He says on a day that consists of pulling pipe and finishing the job, it is exciting to see and to think that we made this happen.  He also enjoys building relationships with other employees and customers.

 Robert Stonecipher - Superintendent 

Robert has been with Dolan Directional Drilling since 2002, almost as long as Dolan has been in business. In that time, he has worked his way up to Superintendent, which is his position today. Robert remembers being one of only a few employees when he started in 2002 and is amazed to see the growth Dolan has experienced these past six years. Today, there are over seventy employees that Robert works with on a daily basis.
 

Chris Fair- Sales

With over 15 years of sales experience, Chris has knowledge in research and development of new businesses.  The last six years he was National Sales Manager for B.S.I (Bracketry Systems, Inc.)  and worked closely with customers both domestically and internationally to develop and launch fabricated products meeting customer needs for off road equipment, shuttle bus, school bus and refrigeration industries.  Prior to working at B.S.I., Chris was in advertising for 9 years where he wore several hats.  As Director of R&D, importing and sales, he was responsible for developing, sourcing and sales of new products.  Chris and his wife Robin of five years live in Fort Worth.  Robin and Chris have Quarter Horses and enjoy spending much of their free time riding, team roping and working with their horses.

David Gray - Safety Compliance Director

David Gray joined the team at Dolan Directional in 2008 as our Safety Compliance Director.  David worked for IBM for thirteen years in safety.  After taking early retirement from IBM, he attended the police academy and went on to work for the Southlake Police department.  It is easy to see from David’s work history that he adds a great dimension to our company with regard to safety and security compliance.  David’s goal is to maintain a safe work environment for all employees at Dolan Directional Drilling.
